Guarantees and returns
\n<\/b><\/span>If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products received, you can change them or be reimbursed. You will have 7 days from the date of the order receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal. Returned products must be returned to the address specified in the transport document together with the transport document itself, behind which the reason for the return must be written. Shipping by registered mail is highly recommended. Shipping costs are at your expense, except in the event that you have received defective, damaged or incorrect products. Sila S.r.l. will make every diligent effort to replace damaged or defective products. \n We ship throughout Europe within 5\/6 working days from receipt of the order. We guarantee our customers an efficient and reliable service that allows us to trace the package from the time of departure from our warehouse to delivery. In case of doubt or for more information on our delivery service, Customer Service is at your disposal.<\/span><\/p>
\n Deliveries are made by land and air transport within 5\/6 working days. In the event that a problem occurs to the courier during transport and the package does not arrive at its destination within the time limits provided, please notify us promptly: we will try to resolve the situation as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>
