1. Validity These conditions govern the sale and supply Evviva (brand of Sila S.r.l.) products to you. Sila S.r.l. may change these conditions in the future.
2. The contract between you and Sila S.r.l. There is no commitment between you and Sila S.r.l. until Sila S.r.l. has not sent you an e-mail confirming the receipt of the order. Sila S.r.l. has the right to withdraw from any commitment in the event of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods or orders that are shown on EVVIVAPET.COM website
ATTENTION: the ordinary procedure does not end positively in the event that delivery difficulties arise at the address indicated for delivery; in this case, the customer will be advised to make direct contact and find an alternative way to proceed.
3. Prices and availability The prices of Sila S.r.l. are clearly indicated on the website and are inclusive of VAT. To the price of the product must be added the shipping cost (where applicable), the amount of which varies according to the requested delivery method. In the event that the product is not available, you will be promptly informed by e-mail. The price and availability data shown on the EVVIVAPET.COM website are subject to change without notice.
4. Delivery of products Sila S.r.l. will deliver the ordered products to the address you have indicated. All delivery times shown on the EVVIVAPET.COM website are estimates based exclusively on availability, on the normal processing of the order and on the delivery times declared by the carriers.
5. Guarantees and returns If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products received, you can change them or be reimbursed. You will have 7 days from the date of the order receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal. Returned products must be returned to the address specified in the transport document together with the transport document itself, behind which the reason for the return must be written. Shipping by registered mail is highly recommended. Shipping costs are at your expense, except in the event that you have received defective, damaged or incorrect products. Sila S.r.l. will make every diligent effort to replace damaged or defective products. If replacement is not possible, the only obligation of Sila S.r.l. is to repay what you have paid, without prejudice to your rights.
6. Current legislation and competence The contracts between you and Sila S.r.l. will be subject to the Italian legislation and all disputes will be under the jurisdiction of the Court of Venice.
7. Illegality of terms and conditions If for any reason part of these terms and conditions prove to be invalid or ineffective, the validity and effectiveness of the remaining terms and conditions will be fully preserved.
Upon receipt of the order request, Sila S.r.l. reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased.
Sila S.r.l. also reserves the right to refuse orders or refuse to provide services to anyone at any time.
Sila S.r.l. deliveries in Italy
• The shipping costs are free for orders with an amount equal to or more than € 50.00 including VAT.
• For orders amounting to less than 50.00 euros VAT included shipping costs amount to 8 euros including VAT.
• It is always possible to check the amount of shipping costs before finalizing the order.
• Shipments to Italy are handled by BRT or SDA, according to your requirements.
All orders received before 11 am will leave the same day
• In the EU countries the cost for each single shipment is 15.00 euros including VAT regardless of the weight of the shipment
• Advance payment is required for shipments abroad
• Shipments abroad are entrusted to BRT or SDA
• All deliveries are tracked online and can be consulted on the shippers’ websites.
We ship throughout Europe within 5/6 working days from receipt of the order. We guarantee our customers an efficient and reliable service that allows us to trace the package from the time of departure from our warehouse to delivery. In case of doubt or for more information on our delivery service, Customer Service is at your disposal.
Deliveries are made by land and air transport within 5/6 working days. In the event that a problem occurs to the courier during transport and the package does not arrive at its destination within the time limits provided, please notify us promptly: we will try to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
* NB: it is not possible to provide guarantee on the times of evasion and delivery, because the variables are different and unexpected events may occur due to force majeure. Especially once your package has been given to the courier, it is not possible to guarantee a precise delivery time. What we guarantee is our commitment to fulfill your order within 24 hours (except holidays) from the date of receipt thereof.
